Workout Programs

Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of clientele and the programs being supplied to you are the ones handcrafted for success. Many full workout programs exist ranging from abs, bodyweight and suspension workouts, to full dumbbell and barbell strength work. No matter your equipment access, fitness goal,  or days allocated for a workout, you will find every workout you need in the online coaching program. Do note that 2 days per week to workout is a general minimum if you are serious about getting Mitch Fit and joining the online coaching team.

One of my previous fitness directors at the first gym I ever worked at once said, “What you do not measure, you cannot manage.” She was brilliant. Since those words really resonated with me and I am meticulous about workout notes, I try to provide everyone with a means to track their workouts easily.

No matter which coaching program you choose, will have access to the premium Mitch Fit workout app that will allow you to view programs, track and complete workouts, watch various exercise motions for clarity, and build your own workouts based on equipment access, body part, and fitness level. Along with the app, after signing up for online training 
you may also access your workouts via this official site simply by clicking the convenient login button in the navigation menu.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is 80% of your results and therefore KEY. I will be providing you with your calorie and nutrient targets to get you to your goal.

As you monitor what you need to be eating, you will be using the My Fitness Pal app to record your food. My Fitness Pal also allows you to change your macronutrients as needed when your fitness goals change or as you need to tweak slightly. Luckily for us, it also syncs up with the Mitch Fit app and allows me to see what you are eating... This is one of the best features of mentoring because perfecting your nutrition with my help means realizing your goal will come much more easily.

Accountability

Now I realize not everyone is as hyper-motivated as I am. For that reason, allow me to rub some of that off on you. In the programs, I will be in communication with you to make sure you are staying on top of things. Even better still, you will be invited into our private motivation group so if you live in Madison, Wisconsin or even Tulsa, Oklahoma, your Mitch Fit Fam will keep you motivated and pushing towards your goals.

After joining, you can ask me questions directly from the Mitch Fit app or the online coaching portal (which you can reach from this site). Level 1 - 3: Intro Programs

This is a perfect program for those restarted their fitness journey from the basics. These workouts will stabilize the body and prevent injury while also helping to burn some body fat.

Bodyweight

No equipment? No problem. Using your bodyweight only, work hard as you stabilize, strengthen, and sculpt your body. Workouts transition from beginner to intermediate to continue challenging you as you advance in fitness.

R30

Spending an hour in the gym is not for everyone. Although, you can give me 30 minutes, right? These are short programs that cover all the important body parts so you can maximize your time in the gym.

TRX / Functional Training

Utilize your bodyweight or smaller resistances to accomplish motions to make you more durable for the real world. Lower levels have primarily TRX and bodyweight, while higher levels include kettlebells, dumbbells, and tough plyometric motions.

Abs / Core
