Times Currently Available:
I currently personal train at Burkwood Swim and Racquet Club (yes, nonmembers can train there as well). The times I currently have available are below. In the workout sessions, we focused on introductory strength, endurance, core stability and strength, and balance. Women (low 40s to mid 50s) all occupy these time slots and have either 3 or 4 people coming each of the workouts.
* 5p is completely vacant in my schedule and can be filled. To have a group I will need 3 people. If you sign up below, once I have 3 people interested in the 5p time slot, I will reach out.
Mitch Fit Bootcamp
Ready for a furious 55 minute workout challenge to help you gain strength, burn fat, sculpt your body, and realize your fitness goals? Don't worry, it is in the works. Setting up shop in a full Gymnastics Gym, your fitness will be tested and strengthened using kettlebells, speed ladders, barbell work, TRX suspension straps, rope climbs, resistance bands, and more. They key to your success will be the featured mix of strength and resistance training, HIIT, bodyweight, balance, and core to enhance your fitness and health.
